(*) The given prices are valid until the given pool of passes (all types together) is exhausted, no later than the day indicated in the table.

Pass returns
Passes are non refundable regardless of the reason which includes any accidents, emergencies or other personal circumstances or purchase errors.
Within 7 days from the purchase you can use the option of 100% transfer of funds paid for the ticket (see below).
Multipasses (couple passes, group passes registered as one pass for many people) treated as one pass are purchased by one transaction, which means that only the entire package can be subject to a 100% fund transfer.
There is an option to transfer part of the funds to a selected list of events of the Organizer to use within one (1) year from the event that the participant cannot attend.
Within 7 days from the purchase date, but not later than 8.04.2027, a full 100% amount paid is registered with the option to use for a selected future event (the option doesn’t apply after owner change or ticket upgrade procedure).
When applying until 10.03.2027 (included) 80% of the amount paid is registered with option to use for a selected future event, while 20% is a date change administration fee.
From 11.03.2027 until 08.04.2027, 50% of the price paid by the participant is registered with an option to use for a selected future event, while 50% of the price paid is a late date change fee, of which 20% is an administrative fee and 30% is fixed costs incurred in connection with the booking.
The participant is obliged to formally notify the Organiser of such transfer via email addressed to registration@elsolfestival.pl no later than on 8.04.2027. After this date no notifications will be accepted.
The transferred funds will be saved in the Organiser’s database and can be used as a discount code for any pass from our offer for any event organised by Fundacja El Sol (the Organiser) excluding Early Bird offers (also Blind Passes) and selected special offers.
Funds transferred from previous events and may be used for the current event.
The option is available not later than 7 days before the start of the event, i.e. 2.04.2027 for any pass available at that moment.
Passes not purchased directly from the Organizer are not subject to the transfer of funds option.
You can resell your pass and change the name assigned to the pass, no later than on 4.04.2027.
The Organiser does not act as an intermediary in the search for a new purchaser.Participants settle the accounts with each other without involving the Organiser.
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person: send us a notification of the change to registration@elsolfestival.pl by 4.04.2027 at the latest, stating the name and email address of the new owner.

You’ll receive instructions about the OWNER CHANGE FEE (if applicable) and you will have 48 hours to pay it (but no later than on 4.04.2027)
Once the procedure has been completed, the new pass holder has a separate named ticket. A ticket with correct personal data is required to enter the event.We will inform you by email about the successful change.
The amount of the FEE depends on the moment of proceeding the change.
First name change done until 15.03.2027 is FREE OF CHARGE. A purchased pass can be re-sold to another person until 4.04.2027 with a 20 EUR fee (*).
First name change done from 16.03.2027 is subject to a 20 EUR fee (*) . A purchased pass CANNOT be re-sold to another owner.
(*) EARLY BiRD PASSES and BLIND PASSES are subject to a 30 EUR owner change fee regardless of the moment of change.
SPECIAL CLASS PASSES or selected types of tickets may be subject to separate re-sale rules specified in the description of the particular ticket.
Passes bought in SPECIAL OFFERS might be subject to separate rules specified in the description of the particular OFFER.
After 4.04.2027, we will be unable to accept requests for change of pass owner regardless of the reason, which includes all kinds of emergencies and personal situations.
If you cannot participate, after that date you can use the emergency option of
TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
Part of the pass purchased as a couple pass or group pass, can be resold. However, when changing the owner of the pass, it is necessary to maintain the ratio, so the resale should be done as Leader-Leader, Follower-Follower.
Passes not purchased directly from the Organizer are not subject to the owner change option.
It is possible to exchange a pass type for another for a similar or wider Festival package for an additional charge.
A pass type change requires informing the Organiser and paying the upgrade fee which is a current difference in price between the original and new pass, according to the price list.
Reduction of the event package is not possible.
Once the procedure has been completed, the new upgraded pass is required for entry to the event.
The change may not be used to convert a single-participant pass into a multi-participant package,
Passes to the festival won in competitions or received free of charge are not refundable, transferable to another event or edition or exchangeable for cash. It is possible to extend the package of such a pass under the general conditions of sale. If the winner of a competition already holds a pass for a given edition, he/she may rewrite the competition pass to another person within a maximum of 7 days of the announcement of the competition results. Otherwise, the transfer of the winning pass is not possible.
Passes sold as part of PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS may be subject to separate return, resale and exchange rules, which are specified in each promotion’s regulations.
In order to receive festival wristbands and gain entry to the event, it is necessary to present the NAMED E-TICKET sent as an attachment to the message received at registration and the ID or any document with a photo.
It is OBLIGATORY to wear the festival wristband during the entire festival. It must be shown every time when asked by festival staff or security personnel.
Each participant is entitled to 1 festival wristband for the whole event, issued upon registration. We will change them only if the wristband is broken for reasons beyond the user’s control. In such a situation, bring the damaged wristband to the festival office and exchange it for a new one.
Please make sure that your wristband is not too tight or wide when you put it on at the festival office, as this cannot be a reason for a wristband complaint.
