Terms of purchase
Pass returns
There is a 7- day return policy when purchasing a pass. After the 7th day from the date of purchase we do not accept pass returns for any reason. This includes any accidents or emergencies.
Passes purchased after 26.03.2026 can only be returned until 9.04.2026.
Receiving the wristband at the Festival office automatically blocks the possibility of returning the pass.
Multipasses (couple passes, group passes registered as one pass for many people) treated as ONE ticket pack are purchased by one transaction, which means that only the entire pack (2 or more people) can be returned. Half or part of the pack cannot be returned.
Transfer of funds
You also have an option to transfer part of the funds to any event within a year of the event that you cannot attend.
– When applying until 15.03.2026 (included) it is 80% of the amount paid, 20% is a date change fee
– After 15.03.2026 until the day before the start date of the event, i.e until 9.04.2026, it is 50% of the price paid by the participant, the remaining 50% is a late date change fee.
You can inform us about such a request no later than on 9.04.2026 via email at registration@elsolfestival.pl.
The transferred funds will be saved in our database and can be used within 1 year as a discount code for any pass from our offer excluding Early Bird offer for other events organised by us according to the list received from the organiser.
If you already have funds transferred from previous events and you wish to use them for the current edition of EL SOL BACHATA Festival 2026, you may use the option not later than 7 days before the start of the event, i.e 3.04.2026 for any pass available at that moment.
You can resell your pass and change the name assigned to the pass, no later than on 5.04.2026.
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person: send us a notification of the change to registration@elsolfestival.pl by 5.04.2026 at the latest, stating the name and email address of the new owner.

You’ll receive instructions about the OWNER CHANGE FEE (if applicable) and you will have 48 hours to pay it (but no later than on 5.04.2026) Once the procedure has been completed, the new pass holder has a separate named ticket. We will inform you by email about the successful change. A ticket with correct personal data is required to enter the event.
The amount of the FEE depends on the moment of proceeding the change.
First name change done until 28.02.2026 is FREE OF CHARGE. A purchased pass can be re-sold to another person until 5.04.2026 with a 20 EUR fee.
First name change done from 1.03.2026 is subject to a 20 EUR fee. A purchased pass CANNOT be re-sold to another owner.
The 7-day return policy does not apply after a change of owner.
The Organiser does not act as an intermediary in the search for a new purchaser.Participants settle the accounts with each other without involving the Organiser.
SPECIAL CLASS PASSES or selected types of tickets may be subject to separate re-sale rules specified in the description of the particular ticket.
Passes bought in SPECIAL OFFERS might be subject to separate rules specified in the description of the particular OFFER.
After 5.04.2026, we will be unable to accept requests for change of pass owner regardless of the reason, which includes all kinds of emergencies and personal situations.
If you cannot participate, after that date you can use the emergency option of TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
It is possible to exchange a pass type for another for a similar or wider festival package for an additional charge.
In order to do that, you need to inform the organizer about your wish to exchange the pass and pay the difference in price between the original and new pass, according to the current price list. In the case of exchange for a cheaper pass, the organizer will not refund the price difference.
After the change of pass type, the 7-day return policy does not apply.
Reduction of festival package (e.g. a change from a workshop & party pass to only party pass) is treated as a return, possible only within 7 days after purchase.
Passes to the festival won in competitions or received free of charge are not refundable, transferable to another event or edition or exchangeable for cash. It is possible to extend the package of such a pass under the general conditions of sale. If the winner of a competition already holds a pass for a given edition, he/she may rewrite the competition pass to another person within a maximum of 7 days of the announcement of the competition results. Otherwise, the transfer of the winning pass is not possible.
Passes sold as part of PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS may be subject to separate return, resale and exchange rules, which are specified in each promotion’s regulations.
In order to receive festival wristbands and gain entry to the event, it is necessary to present the NAMED E-TICKET sent as an attachment to the message received at registration and the ID or any document with a photo.
It is OBLIGATORY to wear the festival wristband during the entire festival. It must be shown every time when asked by festival staff or security personnel.
Each participant is entitled to 1 festival wristband for the whole event, issued upon registration. We will change them only if the wristband is broken for reasons beyond the user’s control. In such a situation, bring the damaged wristband to the festival office and exchange it for a new one.
Please make sure that your wristband is not too tight or wide when you put it on at the festival office, as this cannot be a reason for a wristband complaint.
